At Ardgowan Homes we finish each property to an exacting standard with the highest specification leaving little room for upgrade, if however you wish to upgrade the Options Centre will provide a range to choose from.

Each property has a 10 year NHBC warranty.

Windows

Low maintenance windows and doors in oak effect U-PVC provide high security and peace of mind.

Kitchens

Designer kitchens with a choice of finish from our selected standard range (subject to stage of construction) with stainless steel appliances comprising one and a half bowl sink, electric oven, gas hob, extractor hood, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A choice of stone or granite work surfaces and ceramic tiling to the floor.

Wardrobes from our selected range are included to most bedrooms. Please contact our Sales Consultant for specific details on each house type.

Plumbing and Heating

The central heating and hot water are supplied via an unvented system which provides mains water pressure to hot and cold taps and provides invigorating shower pressure.

The boilers will be gas fired and condensing.

Radiators with individual thermostatic controls will be provided to all areas.

An external water tap will be provided.

Garages (where applicable)

Lighting and power will be provided to all garages.

External

All front gardens and planting areas will be landscaped in accordance with our approved landscape design. Waterproof external socket will be provided.

Properties will be separated by a 1.2m chain link fence and integrated hedging.

An area of patio will be provided.

Rear gardens will be rotovated.

Driveways and shared surface roadways will be constructed in selected block paving.
